My blog content has disappeared

I updated my blog last Thursday and now all the content has disappeared.
Can you help me get it back pleaseThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
You can check if all your contents are trashed. Contents in trash remain for 30 days. Contents older than 30 days are deleted permanently and can’t be restored.
To restore trash contents follow these steps:
– Go to My Sites > WP-Admin Dashboard > Comments > Trash
– Select the contents you wish to restore
– Select ‘Restore’ filter from dropdown

How do I get to wp-admin dashboard? Ive tried adding wp-admin after the blog url but takes me back to my page. Cant see anything that looks like you say.
The initial post from over a month ago is there but if you look in the stats you can see i updated it last on the 16th August and all this content has disappeared. -

There is nothing there apart from my very first post but it was definitely there on the 16th and had several views as the stats show.
Any other way I can find it? -
so frustrating … I can see the revisions and all the content is there but when i click restore it does not update the site … anyone got any suggestions?

I am not sure why it’s not restoring the contents. It could be some browser issue. I’d suggest you to clear browser cache. https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache
Close the browser once you clear the cache. Open a new browser window and try to login.If the issue persist then add modlook tag in sidebar to get staff assistance.
