My blog did not renew, despite me renewing it on the website.

    A couple of weeks ago I went in to renew my blog’s domain name, and I believed that it had been renewed. Since I typed in my information and went through all the steps to pay for my blog. I now see that not only was it not renewed, but also I would have to pay some type of late fee?
    I really don’t understand what happened?
