My Blog doesn't deleted permanently

I deleted my blog (burakozkan.wordpress.com) but my blog still active for 2 years. How can i access my deleted blog? If it is not possible, why my blog doesn’t deleted permanently?

You may need to recover the account first in order to delete the blog. There is only one account recovery process.
Please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.
To delete a WordPress.COM blog you must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog. To prevent accidental or inadvertent deletion of blogs, there are multiple warnings given that blog deletion is permanent and irreversible. Lastly, a verification link is sent in an email and must be clicked to delete a blog. If clicking that link does not work then copy and paste it into your upper browser window and click.

Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.

Thanks for reply but I think, i cannot tell about my problem. My account is active, I don’t have any problem my account. The problem that I cannot access my blog (burakozkan.wordpress.com) because I deleted permanently. I don’t want to access my blog, I want to invisible my blog.
