my blog doesn't show up on My Blog

I have two blogs. One is a group blog of which I am a member, and one is my own blog I recently started. The new one doesn’t show up on My Blog, and no, it doesn’t show up under hidden. Apparently, I only have one blog in total, even though I have two. The url of the one I can’t access is http://libtechlitreviews.wordpress.com. Can you please help?

http://libtechlitreviews.wordpress.com/ is a WordPress.com blog. What is the URL of the other one?
