my blog entry on someone else’s blog

  I happened to see an entry I wrote on my blog, put up on a healthcare blog site. They did not attribute the post to me or link to my blog. I left a comment on that blog to point people at me. I also posted the URL on that blog for my article and added /trackback/ at the end of my blog entry’s URL. Is this the correct way to handle this situation?

  You should start by telling the owners of that blog what it is you want them to do.

  I should note that this other blog “appears” to be a WordPress blog but I cannot find the blog owner. It’s URL is: http://www.ihc4u.com/ It’s called Healthcare & … etc There is no contact info for the owner or any clue who the owner is. At the bottom of the blog page there’s just:

  Business Web Hosting of the WordPress Theme theme by Midphase

  I’ve left both a comment thanking them for noting my entry and asking for credit as its author. I also requested a trackback to my blog. They’ve not approved the comments so my entry still appears uncredited and no comments.

  Is there a way to track down the owner?

  That is not a WordPress.com blog. It is hosted elsewhere.
