my blog followers desappeared

  hi wordpress team,

  Going on my blog now http://bookinmunich.wordpress.com/, suddenly I have no followers anymore (I used to have 43, I checked this morning). There should be some kind of technical problem as I also follow the blog with my own email address and didn’t unsubscribe. I tried to “follow” the blog again, here is what happens:
  – I click follow
  – the message on the blog says I have to check my mails to confirm
  – I don’t get the e-mail
