my blog followers do not get email notifications when I post?

i have several email followers on my blog, but no one is getting my new posts via email. What have I done wrong?!

Can you please provide the email addresses of some of the followers who are not receiving the emails so we can check if they’re being sent from our end?
Type each email address on its own line, then it will only be visible to staff.

Also, I noted a few of your posts only have titles. I’m wondering if that could be a part of the issue. This is also what had me curious as to whether you’re using custom post types rather than a regular post.

It looks like this might be a problem on your hosting provider’s end. When we try to make a http request to your server via Jetpack, we get a 409 error, and that’s preventing data from your site correctly syncing on our end.
Please contact support at your hosting provider and ask them to check your server logs to find what exactly is causing this error.
You can also try just disconnecting and reconnecting Jetpack to see if that helps.
For more help with this it would be best if you contact Jetpack support directly, as our ability to help with this here is limited.
