My blog followers have disappeared—all I have left are the followers by email.

Help! All my blog followers (that followed by blog, not by email) have been disappeared. I am sure I didn’t do it. I am participating in Blogelina’s Commentathon but that is the ONLY difference today. We had thirty-two followers—8 of them by email and the others had signed up by the Follow button. Help!

), I lost my email followers, but still have those who followed by blog.

I’ve just lost all of my followers who followed by blog. My email followers are still showing. I had a total of 64 followers as of 2 hours ago. I know they didn’t all stop following me because 2 of them just started following this week. What is happening?

I have the same issue, but considering that the overwhelming majority of blog followers were spammers, I’m not too concerned…..

I have the same problem. All my followers “blog” + “e-mail” have suddenly disappeared, in once?!

I have lost all of my e-mail and blog subscribers as well
I’ve worked very hard for every single one. Here’s hoping it’s just a WP glitch and I get them all back ASAP!!! -
It’s happened to me, too. All blog followers gone – they were still there a short while ago. :(

Thanks, timethief, for tagging for assistance. It looks like it’s a pretty widespread problem… in fact, I wonder if it’s all over wordpress, but perhaps we’re the only ones obsessed with our followers!

I have similar problem. I lost all my blog followers save for those who followed by email.

Also lost several hundred (all) wordpress.com followers over the last two hours. E-mail followers are still listed. Note to staff, please check into this ASAP. We have been noticing that wordpress over the last several days, in general, has been very, very slow when accessing it through our admin page. Would appreciate some feedback.
