  i want to know what did i do because i didn’t nothing over the term of service.!! somebody help me please.!

  Hi. This is between you and WordPress.com and they will not discuss this issue on these forums in public.

  Go to your dashboard and look for a very large and obvious warning with a “Click here to contact us as soon as possible” link. That link works at all times (even when the regular contact form is closed).

  Here are some links you might review while you are waiting for the TOS staff to get back to you. Mistakes are sometimes made but you must deal with with TOS staff as none of us in the Forum can return your blog to you.
