My blog has been suspended???

  I am trying to gain access back to my blog immediately I refreshed my page while making changes to an set image and once the page refreshed I lost access to my blog and have been suspended!? why? and how to i regain access again asap?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
