My blog has changed

  When I went to my blog a few days ago I found changes. 1) The header picture has disappeared. 2) Posts going back to October 2015 are on the main page. 3) Some of the pictures, not all, have disappeared from those posts. I would appreciate some help as I don’t want to do anything more until the problem is fixed.
