My blog has crashed; it's there but can't post … reader's feed pft… more…
-
First thing I noticed: my reader’s feed is gone. All those blogs are still ‘selected’ but I can’t access anything but blank screen w/a WP logo in the middle.
Can’t access my stats from the stats icon (the bars) at the top of the scn.
CANNOT POST. All of this happened a few weeks ago; I thought it was due to the internet blackout that happened around that time but I still have no control over my blog and cannot even post. Please please help. Thank you.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
Here’s the site: https://wingingwithwhitehawk.wordpress.com/, and here’s the main RSS feed: https://wingingwithwhitehawk.wordpress.com/feed/. Both seem to be working perfectly.
Are you having similar issues with regard to other websites? Try the main feed of the WordPress.com Blog, for example: https://en.blog.wordpress.com/feed/. The issues that you report might be browser related. The Browser Issues support page might be helpful.

Thank youmusicdoc… the feed I’m trying to re-connect to is the aggregated feed of all the other blogs I follow. I follow quite a few in the reader, but zilch show up now.
Nothing has changed re: my issues… I cannot see my stats from the top of the screen (but I can use an exterior link to access them: https://wordpress.com/my-stats/)
… and I still cannot post to my blog. Been going on like this for weeks. Thanks

Thank you Timethief… I’m on an older Macbook Pro, OS 10.7.5 (I’ve reached my upgrade limit here) .. Firefox 48.0.2 … I checked with Safari also; same problem. I cannot seem to touch my blog. Can’t post, can’t access aggregate feed of my WP subscriptions, actually all I can do is LOOK at the blog as tho it’s not mine.

Hi there,
Can you create posts via the WP-Admin dashboard?
http://wingingwithwhitehawk.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
If so, please again visit the supportdetails.com page and take a screen shot of the information appearing there? Then please upload that directly to your media library, here:
https://wingingwithwhitehawk.wordpress.com/wp-admin/media-new.php
Have you tried clearing the browser cache and cookies as per the instructions that @musicdoc1 linked for you? And have you tried using a different internet connection to see if that makes any difference?

I haven’t refreshed the browser, will do that after sending this. Problems were the same regardless of Firefox/Safari tho.
Thank you for assisting. -
So .. it doesn’t appear that my screen shots are in any usable form in my last message? I copied what follows from the .pdf… if anyone is still up for helping me :) I’m recovering from an accident, moving slow on all fronts. Would still like to get my WP subscription feed back and usual functionality … thanks loads

It’s not possible to post screen shots in the forum, which is why I suggested uploading it directly to your media library where I can see it, but you gave me the information that I was looking for, thanks. Did you try clearing the cache yet? That usually fixes this problem.
If it happens on two different browsers the most likely culprit is your connection. The My Sites and Reader pages sometimes have trouble loading on a slower connection. Are you using broadband, dial-up or mobile/3G internet? Please try unplugging your modem/router for a few seconds to reset it and see if this still happens.
Is it possible for you to try a different connection? Or to check if you have the same problem with your home connection on a different computer?
We also have a desktop app for Mac OS X. If this is a browser issue and not a connection one, you should be able to use the app to see the Reader and to manage your site. Can you please try installing that to see if that works for you?
