my blog has gone from my dashboard

so, the blog i actually want help with is rachelessex.co.uk but my dashoboard now just says rachelessex.wordpress.com, why is that ? have i somehow , accidentally stopped paying ? i need to restore my blog so i can post to it which i haven’t done for some time. even if i change over to a new title, i need my previous posts to be available as i am trying to direct people to them! help please, rachel
