My blog has not been indexed by google

Hi
My blog has been up for a long time but it has not beet indexed by google yet. I even manually submit it to webmaster tools but still it does not work. http://ismyblogworking.com/nami.me also shows the web site is not indexed by google. Although this shows it was not indexed by bing but I can find it in Bing.
Could you help?

To verify blog ownership of a WordPress.com hosted blog with the major search engines you must use this process > http://en.support.wordpress.com/webmaster-tools/
Note: Even if you do not verify the blog the content will be indexed by search engines so don’t feel panicky about this please.WordPress.com automatically supplies sitemaps for our blogs to search engines – we do nothing. http://en.support.wordpress.com/sitemaps/#xml-sitemaps-for-search-engines

I did all the things related to Webmaster tools. What message I got from Google is:
Pages on this site appear to use aggressive spam techniques such as automatically generated gibberish, cloaking, scraping content from other websites, and/or repeated or egregious violations of Google’s Webmaster Guidelines.
It is really strange because my content is completely original! Did you have any similar experience?
