  Please help – my blog was centred yesterday and today it has shifted to the left!

  If not, have you changed your theme recently?

  However, I have changed theme recently – from Twenty-twelve to Twenty-fourteen…

  The thing is, Twenty Twelve is a centered design –

  And Twenty Fourteen is a left aligned design –

  http://twentyfourteendemo.wordpress.com/

  So your content has shifted left because you changed the design of your blog. Does that make sense? Please do ask if you have any other questions! :)
