  My blog has unwanted links on the text (like pop ups) – how can I edit them out? what are they and where have they come from?
  any help I would appreciate. Thanks

  The text which is highlighted in blue (html links I suppose) is on some of the pages under Oil and Training etc. They take people to other sites which have no relation to what I am doing.

  They came from malware on your browser. Disable all browser extentions and add-ons and re-enable them one by one until you find which one is doing this, then delete it.
