  Hello

  This can be acheived via CSS, please add the below code under My Sites → Appearance → Additional CSS:

  .wp-block-latest-posts>li>a{
  font-size:30px;
  font-weight:bolder;
  }

  Note that you need to have an upgraded plan as custom CSS is only available for WordPress.com Premium, Business, or eCommerce plan.
