  How does a reader get to mark a ‘Like’ – whether the reader is a member of WordPress or not? Thank you

  You can set up a Like button for users using https://en.support.wordpress.com/sharing/
  It would help you even set up your other Social Media sharing as well, if you would like.

  To be able to ‘Like’ a post, a user must be a registered member of WordPress.com, or there is another option for Rating Systems, have a look into this support documenthttps://en.support.wordpress.com/likes/

  Yes – I followed the parameters on https://en.support.wordpress.com/sharing/. Customers do not see anything to enter.

  But, how do I get this on the actual post? On the actual post or blog I put out?

  I don’t understand how this is so bad. Is there a call to customer call I can make?

  Also, if you would like them to be on the Front Page too, just enable the Checkbox which Says ” Front Page , Archives page & Search Result’
  you will find it in your sharing settings, here is the exact section to help you with it PCustomizing Sharing
