my blog in Spanish?

  Help! I noticed in the stats section of my blog that one of my referrers is translate.google.com. When I clicked on the referrer my blog pops up, but in Spanish!!! It is the weirdest thing. I did not give my permission for my blog to translated. Any idea what this is?
