My Blog is Being Followed by a Suspended Blog

  I received an email saying my blog was being followed by a suspended blogger and they would receive email updates. If their blog is suspended, will they still receive email updates of my posts? The bloggers name is carenjopia. I do not wish for this person to receive any updates. Please advise,

  Yes, they will still receive updates. They can’t blog, but they can read other blogs; that’s the nature of having a public blog, anyone can read it.
