  I last installed some plugins including a backup plugins.

  Now can not even access my log on page or any content my database.

  I need help too much to loose if I have to start again from scratch.

  Afraid you are in the wrong forum and need to be at WordPress.ORG instead for help. We don’t have plugins and can’t access the database, so we won’t be able to help you. They will.
