My blog is completely gone???

  I tried to go onto my website (Www.meganalicia.com) but it’s completely gone. It said for a while that the domain is broken? I tried to contact WordPress staff but was unsuccessful and I can’t log into my account at all.

  I believe I purchased my domain through WordPress. Please help!! I put a lot of time and effort into my blog. Thank you.

  That domain is registered with us, and connected to a site hosted with us. The site is not gone – it works perfectly fine for me – but you are not logged into the account that owns that site.

  Thank you! I actually remember the username and password and have them both saved in my iPhone notes.

  When I go to meganalicia.co.uk/wp-admin to try and log in, it says ‘the requested URL is not found on this server’ and something about a 404 not found error.

  This leaves me unable to log in at all. I really don’t know what to do! I need my blog back :(

  Also when I type meganalicia.co.uk on my phone, the website doesn’t come up. Instead, a blank page comes up and it only says the apache is functioning normally’. I’m not sure what any of this means or what I can do to get my account back?

  You have two sites. The empty WordPress.com registered/hosted meganalicia.com and meganalicia.co.uk. That site is hosted here but the domain was registered at TuCows.

  Let’s clear the things a little bit. It seems that there are 3 different accounts involved here.
  First of all the account from which you’re writing here – there are no sites created under this account.
  meganalicia.com – this one was created using a different WordPress.com account
  meganalicia.co.uk – this one is under yet another account and its pointing to a site hosted elsewhere. It’s this site that shows you an error. Please log in to the correct account from WordPress.com and remove the additional A records from My Site>Manage>Domains>Nameservers&DNS>DNS records.
