My blog is deactivated even though I upgraded to the Personal account
-
I tried opening a new site for free, capost5k, to explore how to set up my homepage, but
WP linked it to my original capost2k blog spot. When I deleted the capost5k site, they took away the capost2k site as well. I can still see the old blogs but it will not let me into the site. ‘It’ says ‘You don’t have any WordPress sites yet. Would you like to start one.’ But if I try to ‘start’ capost2k, it tells me that is already taken. I know that! BY ME! -
It’s obvious you are logged in to the wrong account. Your site https://capost2k.wordpress.com/ is connected to another account of yours capost2k. Log out from current and log in again as capost2k. If you no longer have access, just follow instructions at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/.

Wordpress does not allow me to log into capost2k.wordpress.com. When I do, the blog opens, but when I go to My Site, they claim “You do not have any WordPress sites yet.”
i attempted account-recovery at the link you provided, but they require a transaction id, activation URL, or two-factor identification code which I do not have. -
I do have my password which should be adequate to get me into MY PAID account that WP deactivated! :-(((

All you need is the password and correct username which is different to the account/username you’re currently logged in to WordPress.com with.
