My blog is hanging when I publish

Am complete novice so simple answers good.
I have published a few pages successfully. I have been trying to publish one today (checked settings, press big green button) and the big green turns to PUBLISHING….. in blue and stays there. Have tries redoing but same result. Help?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

As a first step, could you try clearing your browser cache?
If that doesn’t help, it would also be worth trying a different internet connection to see whether that makes a difference. For example, home or work.

Hi and thank you. Clearing the cache did the trick.
As an aside to anyone who finds the whole use experience interesting…. here is mine.
I had heard of this browser cache thing but never did it (btw the link to help was perfect, thanks – pity I didn’t use it to start with!)
Quick google – told me to access a window but couldn’t identify it – ended up using pictures so I could ID something that looked like my screen (actually a smart tactic)
My … window is currently orange so had to search through all to find the right setting. (because some (most) of us ignore this stuff)
Did the clear – or did I? how did I know?Took me about 20 mins and a lot of ‘just hang in there, there WILL be an answer’ and ‘how hard can it really be’ and ‘not rocket science’.
The fact that an easy ‘try clearing your browser cache’ (again, good link thanks) is actually quite a far remove for some people I find intriguing. Age, culture, life experience, technological ease and knowledge, and technical interest…. such a big divide.
