i have 0 on google linkback and about 1500 at yahoo, but at googles webmaster site i have about 7000 google linkbacks… streange :)

Maybe we should work out a trade! It’s very strange that Google indexes some WP blogs correctly and Yahoo as well, but they don’t actually BOTH index blogs accurately; either one or the other works. Bizarre.

Because one of my suggestions earlier on was to get listed on another blog already listed on Google.

i am sure that its the tag since im already linked by some big mobile sites and 50+ smaller sites thats have been indexed by google long before i started this thread. =D

Was your blog linked on anyone else’s blog? One of my Proboards sites for months would not get listed on Google. I then had the idea to put it on my own blogroll and the next day it was listed on Google.

I trust http://www.google.com/addurl/ ,althoughh I just submitted it,but as long as it’s from the actual website.

does anyone know how to list my images at google? when i do a site:http:/dailymobile.se at google image it doesnt find any. i have “checked” the image search option at google webmaster tools..

most of my images is hosted by wordpress but i stopped using wordpress since it doesn’t support multiply upload and moved to photobucket. all my images is renamed to what the image contains, so if its a photo of sonyericsson k850 mobile phone the image name is: sonyericsson-k850.jpg

any ideas?

I used to get a lot of referrals from image searches, but only a couple of my images are indexed now. Dunno why.

question about the google sitemaps (from page 2):

on adding your url to google sitemaps, why use “/feed” at the end of the blog url? (as in: “http://blogname.wordpress.com/feed”)

why not just use: “http://blogname.wordpress.com” without the “/feed”?

hmmm its very strange that google doesnt index wordpress.com images, i have even tried to add a info on the “alt” tag and google havent found the images yet.

It doesn’t seem to index custom domains, but it does index .wordpress.com image searches. I get a few referrals from them every day.

No items found.
