My blog is no longer available, why? Restore my blog, please!

Dear wordpress.com:
My blog http://fengji.wordpress.com/ “is no longer available”, why?
I’m in China. I can’t direct access to wordpress.com, because “GFW”.
I used the agent software, so my IP address is changing…So seemingly my account may is abnormal. But I’m “not machine- or randomly-generated”, and my blog “does not contain unethical or unwanted commercial content”…
Restore my blog(http://fengji.wordpress.com/), please! Help me, please!
Thank you.
