Hi, I received an e-mail in which I was asked to reset my password. I did it, but now when I access my profile I am told that no website is connected to my profile. And when I go to my website (https://chiorri.wordpress.com/), I can log in but I cannot edit the website.

Are you sure you are logged into the same WordPress.com account as the one associated with https://chiorri.wordpress.com/?
Ideally, you should be able to see it on the WordPress.com dashboard. Can you visit https://wordpress.com/sites and see if it shows up there? Let us know.

Hello there @carlochiorri, just confirming what @strikebuys mentioned. The account you are posting from is only a few hours old, so it’s likely you need to be logged in with a different account in order to access chiorri.wordpress.com There is a username profile by that name, chiorri.

It looks like you created a new account, as this account does not own any WordPress.com sites. It looks like you used and email address not connected to a WordPress.com account to try and reset your password, which caused a new account to be created instead.
The site you refer to belongs to the username, chiorri. You need to use that username to reset the password for that account. That will then send a password reset link to the email you used for that account that you can use to log back in.
