  Hi there,

  How long is it been that you’ve deleted the website?
  As we are only able to assist you in restoring your site during the 30 day window. Once the 30 days have passed, all of your site data is purged and cannot be restored, and the site address is deleted and cannot be reused.

  Meanwhile, I am tagging this post for staff’s attention as matters like these can only be resolved by the internal team.
