My blog is not accessible to the public

  I have three blogs….and there seems to be a problem. I changed my e-mail address for sign in and I was trying to redirect URL’s that I own to the blogs I manage. In the process I seem to have lost one my blogs.

  Here is a summary of what I need….

  1. mandalashaman.wordpress.com is not working. If I search for it it says not found because too many redirects occurred. I did purchase the upgrade to have the URL I own mandalashaman.com point to this blog as well but neither is working.

  2. mandalachakra.com is working, but it seems to be under my old password and not within my new password sign-in. How do I get it to show up in my new profile? I also purchases domain support so that the URL I own mandalachakra.com points to the blog.

  3. The third site is treestoryproject.com. It is working but I need it to also show up in “manage my blogs”

  My old account was set up with the e-mail (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  Can you help me???

  I tried to send a new post via mandalashaman.wordpress.com and I received this comment from one of my followers. Obviously it is not working..

  Thought this might help in diagnosing or fixing the problem..:)

  Hi there, I’d be happy to help with these blogs:

  You’ve set up the domain mapping upgrade for mandalashaman.com, but the domain’s nameservers aren’t pointed to WordPress.com yet. You’ll need to log in to your domain manager (with your domain registrar) and set the nameservers to the following:

  • NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  • NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  • NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  If you’re not sure how, you’ll need to contact your registrar for assistance with that step. Once that is done, your domain will be pointed at your WordPress.com blog and it should work properly. We have more information about domain mapping here: Map an Existing Domain

  I checked WordPress.com records, and this domain mapping upgrade is also linked to your account. You can manage it by going to Store > My Upgrades in the blog’s dashboard.

  However, it looks like your domain mandalachakra.com is forwarding visitors to your WordPress.com blog instead of being fully mapped to your blog. You’ll need to change the nameservers for this domain (with the same instructions that I gave above) to finish mapping the domain completely.

  3. The third site is treestoryproject.com. It is working but I need it to also show up in “manage my blogs”

  You can map this domain to a WordPress.com blog by following this guide: Map an Existing Domain

  For it to show up when you manage your blogs, the domain will need to be mapped to the blog with those instructions.
