My blog is not displaying properly. the Add New Post Page does not display the necessary functions.

  The Add new Post page does not display properly. Most functions are missing.No Publish, no schedule, no add Media, Empty Spam is missing on that page. I’m not even sure what else is missing. I cleared the cache, didn’t help.There is a Submit for Review tab that I don’t think was there before. I hit it accidentally last night and my post disappeared into a saved for Review land that I can only get glimpses of now and then, but not recover. If I recovered it, i could not post it anyway.
