my blog is not loading

  I click on to my site and it is not loading. Incidentally, I have also had a decrease of traffic on my blog. I have had almost no one reading it. I have had to get into the blog in an odd way as well.

  Anyone have ideas why tinathetoad.wordpress.com is not loading?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
