My blog is not on my dashbaord

I created a wordpress blog and it is not NOT on my dashboard. I want to delete is completely but I cannot even administrate it.
It’s called essentialvitality.wordpress
Why isn’t it visible on my dashboard? I’ve gone through all the support I can I find on the subject here, and I can’t find the answer.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.
