my blog is not recognized by wordpress.com and wont modify after 3.6.1 upgrade

my blog is mcewens-travelwithus.com and has been active since may. yesterday i updated wordpress on my admin site and since it will not allow me to edit drafts, it will not publish a post, it will not preview a post, my media files take forever to load; and, when i went to wordpress.com i was told i didn’t have a blog. When I try and modify/edit a draft it is not saved and not posted. when i hit “save draft” the screen goes white; and when I hit “publish” the screen goes white. i have waited over an hour to see if it is just a “loading issue” but its not and I have scroll back to my admin page only to see all that editing i had done is not there.
why is there no tech support “human” that can be contacted when these types of serious issues occur?
basically my blog is frozen and I don’t want to lose 5 months of blogging because of an update please respond asap -

That is not a free hosted WordPress.com blog and we do not provide support for it here. You are posting to the wrong support forum. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different log-ins.
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG yet click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

Yes but as you already have paid a web host and set up a WordPress.org install the better way to go may be to get help form other WordPress.org bloggers. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG yet click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
