My blog is not visible to all devices

I can access my personal blog on my phone and laptop when I log out of my account. But some of the other internet users cannot see my blog. Their laptop screen states that my blog does not exist. But they can see on their respective phone. Please help!

Your site is up and running as I can see your site on pc, tablet or phone. So this must be a local connection or network problem. Did you already clear your browser cache and cookies?

I will let them know tomorrow. I was wondering why one needs to clear cache and cookie just to access? Is that a setting that I adjust?

Clearing the cache is just the first troubleshooting step in an issue like what you describe. Files sometimes get stuck in the browser cache, or even in the computer or router’s DNS cache, which can prevent specific sites from loading correctly. So clearing the browser cache, and restarting the computer and router is the quickest way to rule out the most common causes.
