  My blog was http://healthyfitlifel.wordpress.com/. Today I bought a domain on wordpress (www.healthyfitlife.nl) and linked it to the above site.

  I changed my old address to http://healthyfitlifenl.wordpress.com/ so that it corresponded more to my new domain http://www.healthyfitlife.nl.

  This all worked out, but when I later went to http://www.healthyfitlife.nl I suddenly got the message ‘healthyfitlifel.wordpress.com is no longer available. The authors have deleted this site. “

  Now all three sites are not working anymore, so my blog is offline! Not http://www.healthyfitlife.nl, not http://www.healthyfitlifel.wordpress.com and not http://www.healthyfitlifenl.wordpress.com is working. On all three I get the same message as above and my blog is not accessible anywhere.

  To be clear: I want http://www.healthyfitlife.nl to be linked to http://www.healthyfitlifenl.wordpress.com.

  I searched the internet and read on forums, but I can’t find a solution! Please help me before I am cancelling my domain.

  Hello there!

  I took a look at your domain, healthyfitlife.nl, and it appears to be working properly. I see it connected to your site, healthyfitlifenl.wordpress.com.

  When you change domain settings, it can take up to 72-hours for your domain to work properly internet-wide. I suspect this is why you were seeing an error.

  If you’re still having trouble, please clear your browser’s cache and take another look:

  Solve Common Browser Issues

  Because you did delete https://healthyfitlifel.wordpress.com/, it is no longer available. Deleting a blog is permanent and the name cannot be used again.

  There are several warnings about this on the Tools -> Delete Site page and in the help pages, and you are required to confirm the deletion by email.

  Thank you for your fast response!

  Yes, I know it is deleted permanently, that is not a problem:). I just wanted my domain more connected to my blog name, that’s why.

  But it is so weird that it is working with you, isn’t it?
  My cache is clearing automatically, but to be sure I just did it, but unfortunately it’s not working.

  So best option is to way appr. 72 hours?
