You have to contact Google and ask them to delete it. It’ll eventually drop off the radar, but in the meantime you can request it be removed. They may or may not do it, though.

Thank you for your answer.
At the moment the support of wordpress is outstanding but when it will be on-line I am going to send them an e-mail by asking them to delete this. I am going also to contact google for this.Thank you -
If you try to use a Google URL removal tool through your Google webmasters account do understand that Google may choose not to comply with your request. That tool is meant to be used in limited circumstances only and only at Google’s staff’s discretion. http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2008/03/21/how-to-remove-data-from-googles-cache/

WordPress cannot delete anything from Google’s search index. WordPress has no control over Google There is no connection between Google and WordPress. They are separate entities.
You have to contact Google and request that they delete it which as Raincoaster says they may or may not do.

@TSP
The correct link for using the Google URL removal tool is in the post I linked to above. -
The problem I see with the standard Google Webmaster tools and the URL removal tool is that you need to prove ownership of the URL which you can’t do for a blog here that has been deleted.
I am trying to get Google to delete 300 bad URL’s that are a product of me moving my site onto WordPress.COM and the directory structure. After over 6 months the crawl errors have finally dropped under 50 pages (that is even when I have requested the URL to be removed and the URL returns a 404 error) – every few days Google digs out a few pages from a couple of years ago and ding’s me with more crawl errors.
Good luck and welcome to the forever Internet.

loool “welcome to the forever internet”. It’s right.
Thank you for your answers. The only solution that I am spirit to investigate at the moment is to create a robot.txt file because my page sends back an error 404 and normally Google deletes directly the page later. But the problem is it’s very hard for me to make this file. I’am not a geek. lol -
