my blog is still visible after deletion

Please, please help me. I am going round in circles.
I have 2 wordpress sites. One is for my official website http://www.engtuition.com, I pay for hosting by 123 reg. I am completely happy with this site.
HOWEVER, while i was just testing out WordPress and various other website builders i used the free wordpress url. https://engtuition.wordpress.com. This is the one giving me problems! I want to make the content not visible on the net. It looks really unprofessional and is the first hit when my business name Engtuition is entered. I have followed all the steps to delete the account. It even gave me the option to permanently delete the account which I did. BUT, if i type Engtuition in google it is still coming up in the search and when i click it is still visible exactly as it was except now when i go to click on my site it says i have no site but is still showing all the amateur content!
I would be so grateful for some help with this. I have spent hours trawling online for an answer with zero success.IN GRATITUDE for a resolution!

buy the site redirect and send traffic from //engtuition.wordpress.com/ to wherever you want – $13.-/yr – that will help search engines learn you have moved – one year should do it

However, I’m not sure you understand I don;t want it alive and well, I want it totally dead. Nada mas. Finito. Just a simple deletion but as I explained although it confirmed I have done this the site is still visible. I don’t want it re-directed anywhere.
Any further guidance much appreciated.
