  my blog is suspended. i don’t feel like violating the terms of conditions, so can you explain why it’s suspended and how to fix it?

  Suspended blogs are never discussed on this public forum. As very clearly stated on your suspended site, you must follow the link to the Support Document to contact the TOS-team.
