My blog is suspended, how i can fix it

  Hi
  my blog with url http://himalayaspeman.wordpress.com/ is suspended. when i enter url in browser it shows “This blog has been archived or suspended for a violation of our Terms of Service.”
  How can i fix this problem to get back to my blog activate.

  pr-usa.net, about.com and other sites happen to have the exact same content as your blog. this may be the problem.
