My Blog is taking forever to connect

  Hi my blog is http://www.utraz.com I have tried doing everything I can, I’ve searched lots of pages online and can’t seem to speed the thing up. I have w3 cache installed along with some other plugins that are supposed to cache things and speed it up a bit.

  Does anybody have any idea how I could speed it up?

  Also are there any ways that I could create a loading page so that when a user clicks on my URL it loads a HTML page that tells people they are being connected or something just so they know that the website does work.

  Thanks in advance if anybody answers.
