My blog is the second page of my website/blog. None of my posts are visible

My blog is the second page of my website/blog. None of my posts are visible on the page when you land on it. I would like a few of them to be open to see, not just a blank page and need to click on “archives” and then a “title on top” to read any. The page is perfectly blank. This way, it is not very appealing. Thank you.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You evidently haven’t assigned the page titled “blog” (https://essentialresume.wordpress.com/blog/) to be the page which displays your latest posts at Settings > Reading. Do that and you’ll be in business.

Thank you for your response. The website blog has been up for several years and the posts showed previously. I was away for a while, though, and a lot changed at WP during that time. The second page was set up as the blog pagefor posts and the first page a fixed landing page (like a regular website). I am thinking there would be a setting for the posts to be visible where they only show a link in the right column under Archives now. The rest of the page is blank until someone finds a link. You well may be absolutely correct and I could be missing a setting required for the “blog” to function now. Unless there is some instructions, I will have to search and see if I can find the setting. Sound right? Thank you so much.

Yes, musicdoc1 is correct. Go to the Settings->Reading page and you’ll see there where to set the blog posts page.
