  My blog sunsetinparadise.net is not listed on My Site after I log into WordPress.com . How do I relink it? Thanks.

  That is a wordpress.ORG install. WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.   Note that Jetpack is a plugin used by WordPress.ORG bloggers to achieve parity with what we already have built in to WordPress.COM blogs.
