MY blog isn't working

  Hi, I have no idea what has happened to my blog but it has all disapeared, i can’t blog, i can’t access my stats nothing. Please assist to what ever is wrong with my blog.. HELP ASAP. I have googled my blog and it is fine on google but from the backend, when entering the wordpress site, i have nothing, i can’t even blog.. it keeps coming up error. When i go to put a photo into the blog i have nothing. What has happened?
