My blog keeps getting clobbered
-
Somehow in tripping over myself learning how to blog, I ended up with two blogs. When I finally got things working I was terrified to delete the erroneous one, for fear I’d lose everything.
Now, sometimes when I log in I get the blog I am working on, and sometimes I get the “dummy” one, even though I specify the active, primary blog.
My dashboard shows I have 2 posts, and 1 page, but when I go to look at it, the erroneous blog shows up – no posts, and only the theme template page, all theme formatting gone. When I try to edit the posts that show in the dashboard, I am told they don’t exist.
How do I get all my work back???
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

They can’t be the same – internet rule – please copy and paste the URL from each blog – starting with http

Here’s another one apparently with the same problem

That is the problem – I can only get to one or the other.
When I am working on the blog, the URL shown above does not reflect the //http:
When I now enter http://telashares.wordpress.com, Chrome converts it to telashares.wordpress.com and bring up the first pseudo-site. I can not get to the “real” one at this point…. again.
There seem to be 2 versions of my blog stored “somewhere” on WordPress. And it seems totally random which gets loaded.
No, I did not buy any upgrades or attempt to register a domain name.

You might have a cache issue with your browser, router or ISP – try clearing as many caches as you can and see if that helps –
can you try a different browser or computer?
Who is your ISP?

When I clear the browser cache/cookies, I now again see both blogs on my dashboard and both have an address of telashares.wordpress.com.
The one I am using as tagged as Primary and Visible; the other is tagged as hidden.
Should I try changing the address for the dummy one, or will that clobber the real one?
Our ISP is Teksavvy

I think you should try what auxclass suggested ie. another computer and another browser.

On my laptop, using Firefox…
going to telashares.wordpress.com to view the blog as an outsider brings up the dummy site
signing in to my dashboard shows me both blogs, as outlined above, but again, when I click on the main one (which says I have 2 posts and 1 page) I get the dummy blog, with no posts and no page
