My blog message is gone!

I’m sitting and writes a big, long message in my blog, and suddenly the site is reloading. And then my message was gone. Can I find it anywhere? I don´nt remeber what I write so I want to have it back. I am so sad now. Why does the program reload itself? Please help me! :(

Try following the steps listed here. Chances are there is an autosave of the post somewhere. Also be sure to write posts from Dashboard–>Posts–>New Post.

Thanks, but I’m sorry because nothing seems to work! :( I seems to to have done my posts from the wrong page so it hasn’t autosaved anything nor done it private or put it in the trashbin. I even didn’t know that you could do posts from two different places in wordpress.
Do you think WordPress support can find it anywhere? Why doesn’t the other “New Post” place autosave? Why are there even two different pages?

If you cannot locate a revision or restore from Trash the content has been lost and cannot be recovered.
