My blog name was available but now it's not… and I don't have it.

  I put my name as the name of the blog and then a title. However, the title has come up as the name of the blog and when I went to add another blog using my name (which is what I wanted in the first place) it said it already existed. I’m assuming I have set it up but can’t find it. It is not under My Blogs. Where do I go to find it? Its my first day on WP so assume no knowledge. Thanks for any help you can give.
