  my blog (email visible only to moderators and staff) not found by yahoo and google search engines. what shall i do?

  Wait. And post more. And review the Terms of Service for blogs hosted here, which preclude using your blogs in a directly commercial way (like selling services, etc). Blogs which violate the ToS are commonly deleted by management.

  Submit your site here on the right – http://www.submitexpress.com/ Submit it to only the top 40 search engines. And also claim your blog at Technorati and place Technorati’s buttons and such on your site. And make sure to ping your blog. I ping mine at http://technorati.com/ping and http://www.pingoat.com/
