My blog not fully functioning

Hi,
Last month I used the schedule post to be published automatically for the very first time and it worked, now few days later (was published about 19 days ago), today I cant post a new blog post. The edit section is also not working so only allows me to paste from word in text and I can’t view another way. Apart from that, once I’ve pasted it wont let me published because those sections are grey…re the publish button is in grey
Please help :(

Hi, sorry its taken so long to come with feedback my side just been really busy between jobs. Thank you for your patience and assistance.
I still have no luck with my blog its as if its broken :(
I tried the above and I’m running windows 8.1 I also uninstalled and reinstalled my google chrome to ensure I have the latest version of it, but still nothing changed for the good. I don’t even know if readers can truly see my blog since its so disabled in my administration part.
What else can I do to fix it?
Also mine is the free version.. is it limited to a certain amount of posts?Thank you so much in advance.
