  I registered a blog some time ago and cannot remember the email/password used.

  You will need to contact staff after 12pm on Monday when the contact form is again activated. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ . Search for anything and the scroll down to the bottom and click the “no” button and the form will appear.
