My blog not loading properly

  My blog is loading as an HTML (whole blog), and not as the ‘normal’ appearing one, like I had set it when started. this is keeping me from posting from past many days. please guide me in this issue asap.
  All I see is Blue(the ones with links) headers and black text, but nothing in format.
